GIVE A LITTLE,GIVE A LOT.

15 Jan

It doesn’t take much to show kindness. Studies have shown that if you smile at someone, they will smile back. If you hug someone for longer than 60 seconds it can help to release endorphins, the hormone that makes us feel happy. We can give to our planet by acting responsibly and showing respect to the earth. We can show kindness to a stranger by helping them load up their car with their groceries. You could donate your time or money to a local charity. Your friends and family are deserving of your kindness as well. Help out with dinner. Clean the bathroom without being asked. Make a homemade card and give to someone who is having a bad week. Tell someone something nice about them.  A kind compliment can go a long way. By the end of the week, post a random act of kindness that you have done in the past week. If you can’t think of something, go do something right now! Remember how awesome it feels when someone does something nice for you.

That is a wonderful act of kindness Sarah. It shows you have compassion towards animals which is a lovely quality. I”m sure your family appreciates your gratitude. A simple “Thank-you” can go a long way.
